Customer Service Representative
Shakopee, MN Temporary $20.00 - $21.00/hr Onsite

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Process orders accurately, including data entry, payment, and shipment coordination (LTLs, Freight Free, pickup points).
  • Record new contracts and stay updated on marketing plans, promotions, and products.
  • Address distributor inquiries and resolve issues with relevant departments.
  • Run daily/weekly reports and verify open orders.
  • Process backorders and assist customers with shipping methods.
  • Handle Return Authorization forms and support the Warranty Department.
  • Answer payment method questions and complete department paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing call center.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $20-21/hr.
  • Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
  • Location: 100% in office
